GAPP ENTERPRISES USA, is a joint venture of local entrepreneurs in Texas and Grupo Academico Panadero Pastelero, GAPP CA, which is a Venezuelan company with over 8 years of operation and is dedicated primarily to teaching culinary techniques. As our Venezuelan parent company, in the U.S. we seek to meet and exceed the requirements of knowledge and academic training in English and Spanish.
We are a multidisciplinary group that brings together master bakers, chocolatiers and pastry chefs. We are all entrepreneurs and passionate about our work, specialized in Gluten-Free product development for wholesale, retail, catering and other events. But also are determined to share our knowledge and help anyone who wants to learn to make bread, pastry and chocolate with professional quality.
